Tenants can't sign up on their own. Your landlord sends an invitation for one specific property, and you'd accept it with that same email. Tenant access is always free.

- 3You create a password (or use Google/Apple once configured) and verify your email
- 4You only see that property's shared repairs, documents and inspections
