Roles
Early-access landlords will use eligible features at no charge. Tenants stay free and join by invitation, with access only to their own property. Contractors would see only assigned jobs.
If a plan ends
You'd keep read access to your evidence and could still export it. You just couldn't add properties beyond the Free limit.

Account capacity, property, upload and storage limits will be confirmed before opening and enforced securely. The planned paid tiers above are not early-access limits.
